Piggy Back Plant is a perennial that can spread from rhizomes. It gets its names from the fact that it produces baby plants in the center of its leaves, that will root when the leaf comes in contact with the soil. It is the only NW native that is frequently used as a houseplant. Easy to grow, It likes woods and stream sides.
