Penstemon Serrulatus
Coast Penstemon is a perennial herb from a branching, woody base which contains several stems and is found in moist to wet meadows, forest openings, and along streambanks. Tubular, hairless deep blue to dark purple snapdragon-like flowers grows in one or more inflorescences with compact clusters on a stem. This plant grows between 8-28” in height. Great for Hummingbirds!
